The leads

Planning applications are public records held by local planning authorities. We surface and reformat information that is already part of the public planning record. We don't publish anyone's personal contact details — the value we add is in sorting, sizing and describing the work, not in passing on personal details.

Your data

When you request a sample or subscribe, we store the details you give us (your trade, base postcode, filters and email) solely to run the service and send your digests. We don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Full details, including our processors and your GDPR rights, are in the privacy policy.

Email

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and sample requests use a confirm-your-email step so nobody gets mail they didn't ask for. Opting out stops all email from us immediately.

Money-back guarantee

Every lead is individually scored and filtered before it reaches you. If your first month isn't worth it, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund that month in full — no quibble. The guarantee covers your first paid month; letter-credit purchases and postage already used aren't included. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
